The Savvy Studio Workshops~ Registration is open!!

We are so excited to announce that the registration is open for the October workshop at the Savvy Studio! 

The dates are October 11-13, 2013. For the workshop agenda, click here. The guest speaker will be Jen Wright. If you don't already know her, then you are in for a treat...you will love her! You can read more about Jen here on her website. Jen is a graduate of the prestigious Brooks Institute with a degree in photography. 

She will teach the attendees the basics of how to really take a great image (she will explain what settings she uses and why) and teach the attendees to set their camera on the correct setting before starting to photograph and the impact it will make on their images. She will teach the attendees how to streamline their workflow and edit their images to have a clean, classic look. Jen has a beautiful style of editing and will show us which actions she uses and how to use them. Jen will also talk about the importance of pricing and how to price your work. 

Attendees will also have 4 hours of professionally styled shoots with child models and go home with a portfolio full of beautiful images. 

The workshop cost is $550.

If you would like to pay your workshop tuition in two payments instead of one payment, let me know and I can send you the info to do that. We can split it up in two equal payments of $275 each. 

Each attendee will receive a Savvy Workshop binder full of information plus a Savvy Swag Bag with gifts from our favorite photography vendors! 

We worked hard to make the workshops affordable yet maintain the level of learning and luxury we have photographers associate with our workshops! We love to spoil the attendees and they leave feeling inspired and pampered...and most of all, they leave with amazing new friendships! One month before the workshop start date, attendees will be invited to a private Facebook group that allows them to get to know one another before the workshop. This group will soon become your "go-to" group of friends in the industry!

 **Meals and accommodations are not included in the workshop price. We have a group rate at the Hyatt Hotel very close to the studio. They have a free shuttle to and from the Savvy Studio. The rate at the Hyatt is $85 per night...and it sleeps at least 3 girls if you want to come with your friends or family. Breakfast is included at the hotel. There are 5 restaurants in the immediate area of the Savvy Studio for the attendees to dine for lunch.

Both workshops begin on Friday evening with a group dinner out as a chance to meet everyone. 

The actual classes begin Saturday morning and end Sunday around 1pm. 

Drinks and light snacks will be provided at the studio.

The hotel rooms at the Hyatt sleep 5 people (and include breakfast for all five)...feel free to bring the family and let them explore Atlanta while you attend the workshop.
